Question set: 2.0

Answer from real experience, not what you think you could do. The third answer means you have done it without guidance. The fourth means you have used the same approach successfully more than once and know how to check and correct the result. Check AI work at every level.

For the final three questions, answer about the process your business actually uses. “Without help” means your team can handle it without outside guidance. You do not have to manage the accounts yourself. If you do not know what is in place, choose “Not yet / not sure”.

0: Not yet / not sure. Not tried, or unsure how this works.
1: Done with help. Completed with someone guiding the work.
2: Done without help. Completed independently, but no consistent routine yet.
3: A reliable way to do it again. Repeated successfully, with clear steps, checks, and fixes.

Everyday use
1. I can start an AI chat and ask for help with a work task.
2. I can use AI to finish a simple task, such as rewriting an email.
3. I can check an AI answer against a reliable source.

Getting better answers
4. I can tell AI what I need, give useful background, and describe the result I want.
5. I can tell AI what to change when its first answer is not useful.
6. I can ask AI to point out missing information or problems with an idea.

Keeping work organized
7. I can keep unrelated projects in separate AI chats.
8. I can save instructions and reuse them for similar tasks.
9. I can give a new AI chat the information it needs from an earlier task.

Completing work with AI
10. I can give AI a document I am allowed to share and check its answer against that document.
11. I can use AI to create a finished piece of work, such as a report or presentation.
12. I can connect AI to a business tool when my business allows that connection, such as a calendar or document folder.

Setting up ongoing tasks
13. I can set an AI task to run at a set time and stop it when needed.
14. I can set rules for what AI may do and when it must ask a person first.
15. I can set up a repeating AI task with a person responsible for checking the work.

Protecting business information
16. My business can update or remove access to AI tools when someone joins, changes roles, or leaves.
17. My business has clear rules for which information AI tools and their users may access.
18. My business keeps a record of important AI work, who reviewed it, and any problems.
